I spent the passed 2 weekends looking into possibilities to add a “Define” action to Clipboard Actions. It turned out to be more complicated than I thought! I tried to work with Wiktionary at first, but their API responses were not consistent and pretty unreliable. Afterwards, I looked into this service called dict.org, which provides fantastic structured data, but sadly not enough content.

Finally, I managed to add the “Define” action to Clipboard Actions by using the site Dictionary.com.

What’s new in this release:

• Define an English Word right in the notification (needs internet connection)

• Detect and convert Currencies with google
